As the Creative Manager and Graphic Designer for Waterstone Resorts, a multifaceted company based in Northwest Florida with divisions in vacation rentals, association management, real estate, and residential leasing, I led the creation of a cohesive brand identity and designed a wide range of advertising and marketing materials. My work included the development of the company logo and overall branding, as well as the design of guest services directories, publication ads, brochures, direct mail pieces, signage, and newspaper advertisements. These materials effectively communicated the company’s diverse offerings and supported its expansion into Southwest Florida. Each piece was created to ensure a consistent and compelling visual presence across all platforms.
